We're back on anchor this week and getting the opportunity to explore the beautiful island of Prime Cay. The huge tide flats and rocky shores are ideal for exploring and adventuring, but our adventure is tempered with our "leave no trace" philosophy and rather than blazing a trail through the bush we simply enjoy the beauty of our surroundings. Leaving Prime Cay early in the morning to time the tide out of the cut leaves us with the unfortunate task of arrving into Rudder Cut Cay at the peak of the tidal transition. Not Good... We fight our way through the passage, make some breakfast, discover that we anchored in the wrong spot, reanchor, and go snorkel "The Musician" all before noon! It was a jam packed day and an even more beautiful Bahamaian sunset. This episode has it all!

I liked this video, but didn’t like seeing Daniel get hurt (beyond familiar with that injury). Good job with the ice, maybe some gentle in water cycling motion, keep knee still at night. Cooking in the galley…that’s what I’m talking about! Enjoy you two, hope the knee feels better soon. 🤗
