Troubleshooting Tips for Any Ledger Issue 

Yea support almost not exist... still waiting to reponse for email after Near cant be cashed out, transactions goin in are not updated, and cleanning cache dont help at all. And support is silence not responding for emails. I regreat i did chose ledger and did spend loot of money for wallet where support is not even there to answer what is goin on

I have not plugged in my nano X in a long time and then did could not connect took forever and playing with it, finally opened it and synced and then it said update firmware and I did but ledger live never showed finished, no status so I stopped the update after hours and it then did not load everything. I disconnected and plugged back in and what is strange is before I had Biticoin, Bitcoin cash, Xrp and Eth no problem now it said not enough storage for the same tokens...and ETH won't install due to space so very confused on what to do, wanted to load other coins in and it seems like it has no space to hold much? ?

Hey Dan...2 questions. Why I don't see My ledger tab on left side on ledger live under the menu, I see only ledger recovery?!! Second question, I have the same hard wallet, just downloaded ledger live in a new PC. I did only one transaction and although it went thru, (send and receive) but in both cases an error message popped up saying something went wrong.

I have no problem swapping on ledger live,,,,UNLESS its Render token, my device disconnects every time I try to swap render, this doesn't happen with any of my other swaps.

I had issues with metamask not connecting to ledger on chrome then just installed Mozilla was working perfectly no issues

Had issues with eta not showing, I ended up doing various trouble shooting including uninstalling/reinstalling and went to go back into the account and my email wasn't recognized, went to do the recovery method and the device froze..... at this point if I can't trust you guys with my money then ima be looking else where. sadly disappointed.

Cannot understand much of what you are saying...speaking too fast, flipping through the pages too fast for the average person. Many of us are 'not' techies. I am here again, following a link from your support page, for the 50th time. I am sure if I arrange my work schedule to watch one of your live sessions, it will result in the same disappointment. One of your video links, from your 'support' page has no audio at all, besides being only 23 seconds long. Yet another video link from your support page has volume so low, you cannot hear it. This is not meant to be too harsh, however, I am sure I am my experience is felt by thousands who are frustrated with the Ledger cold wallet in recent months.

Ledger device is the most unreliable and unusable device I've ever paid for. You follow all of the help instructions and none of them work. Then you contact support and no one responds. What's the point? I should have started a company selling devices that promise to manage your crypto, but don't actually connect to a computer and then not answer any customer support tickets. Brilliant business model! What a crock of sh1t.

The commentator needs to speak clearly and upgrade the video so it is more clear with larger fonts. This video 10 months old is very poor and borders on professional. On its basis alone I would not purchase a leger product. If it is an indication of ledger support.

I sent Myria token ( was just released 3 weeks ago - its Erc 20 )to My ledger using a new created Etherum account Address but i can not see it on Ledger live . i used my My etherum wallet online ( third party ) and still can't see it . with ME wallet i can not see any tokens it just shows empty Etherum addresses. i checked Kucoin and Etherscan everything is good . status is completed ✅ and finalized i checked the addresses and hash addresses everything is good no mistake but i can't access it . please help
