Hey another banger. Thanks. Do you mind showing how you run/rig your fish finder to side or canoe please. I’ve always been nervous to damaged the boat with clamps. Would love to hear you experience and tips. Thanks.
Awesome video! I am busy the next couple of weekends and am getting keen to get out. Great that you were able to take those guys out. Keep up the video's!
Some days the fish act wonky, you think they will be 30ft and they will be 10ft. And vice versa. Got to adapt and overcome. Always try different things if you aren’t catching fish. Glad to see you change things up and figure it out. Lots of people get stubborn and go home fishless. 😂
Thanks Colton! Cant wait for the fish to come to you on a day trip, it’s faster to go to them! A stubborn fisherman can only catch one as many times as the fish choose haha They sure are wonky sometimes!
great video. summer brookies can be a challenge sometimes and its easy to target warm water species instead. thanks for the tips. I've seen some guys troll 3 way swivels with a dropshot weight on the break off line and a spoon/crawler harness and do well in summer from a canoe as well. I'm suprised those fish were hitting the gang troll given how relatively shallow it trolls at. great video!
Thanks buddy! Yea the splake can either act like Brookies or Lakers, really depends on their mood! I am trying to focus more on trout year round now. They have to eat still, just have to get the lure in their strike zone! I had my spinning reel rigged up with a 3way swivel and sinker setup to start, but took that off once I realized how close to the surface they were.
@@TheAverageJoesFishingShow funny enough I didn't even realize you were catching splake! Trout in general in summer can be a bit finicky. Thanks for the tips!
