Found this channel after watching some videos on the addicted channel, searching for trout fishing tips, and now this is without a doubt, my favorite, RU-vid channel. I’ve literally neglected all of my other channels to watch these videos. Currently going through and watching all of them, so I’m caught up when the new ones come out! Anyways, two things I love to see you do: 1. Octopus catch and cook (if possible). 2. A camping and multi species/Lake/river trip in or around the eastern Sierra is in Northern California. Dropping clues on where you are. anyone in the PNW knows what river you're on.

I am not a fisherman / person, but logic would dictate that if they are swimming up stream to breed, the last thing on their mind is eating on the trip. They probably just want to get to the destination to breed. Salmon as far as I know turn into weird looking Salmon and just want to breed. and respawn / fertilise their eggs. You are better catching them with nets etc. Not fishing. Also I am not a fishing person, This is what other people catching the salmon state. They have one goal, to reprocriate.

so I am just guessing... I think I know the spot you did the outro!!! I am not going to name drop buuuuuut for the last 3-4 years I have made that a go to spot not realizing till last year you are not allowed to camp on the beach i would hang my hammock right where you were standing incredible place sleeping hearing the ocean... then I found out there is a a lot of cougars and just the week before someone was attacked in the area.... I found all this out while enjoying my morning coffee in the parking lot... not going to lie i felt like something was right next to me allllll night just watching.
