Truck Turner was my movie back in the day!! Lt. Uhura was GORGEOUS in this movie!! And my boy Harvard Blue was cold as ice!! When he spit in Gator's face at his funeral and then looked at Dorinda, that was some cold shit!! R.I.P Yaphet Kotto.

It's insecurity and a battle to regain the upper hand after a momentary -- very momentary, very slight -- slip. Then she says something that seems cold but, in fact, is tragic. Nichelle Nichols made real moments no matter how exploitative or limiting the material. Someone who can make you notice such tiny gestures in a scene like this can handle anything from Shakespeare to Wilson. Rest in peace and brilliant acting, indeed.

Nichelle had a very distinct voice,that just exudes sexiness,i can see why she did a lot o voice overs in TV, hard to believe she was 42 years in this movie, and it' filmed IN HD, nice
