TRUCKER VICTORY: Trudeau's Emergency Act Use 'UNJUSTIFIED', Rules Canadian Judge 

The Canadian truckers were not protesting "getting vaccinated", they were protesting "forced vaccinations". There is a big difference. They were fighting for the rights of everyone, not just themselves.

Trudeau's bank accounts should be frozen and he should be forced to pay restitution to all those truckers he harmed with mental distress. It is only fair.

Not only unjustified but constitutes treason.

Was she also convinced that seizing the bank accounts of the Truckers and anyone whom may have made a donation to the cause, was the right thing to do, given her “LAUGHTER” on live television while being interviewed by the a reporter about seizing the bank accounts? Apparently she thought it was hilarious!! Pure EVIL, and then some.

Wow... Must admit, I didn't think any judges in Canada actually had it in them! 👏

They also threatened to take the children of the protestors. It was infuriating.

Do Not Forget He Did Not let the Senate Vote on invoking the Emergency Act ! He should be PERSONALY Liable for ALL Costs . He Side Stepped the the 2 Step Voting of Parliament AND SENATE that makes these 'Laws Legal '

I’ve been grossed out since 2020 . The amount of manipulation and division these devils caused makes my skin crawl.

Reminder that no minister in Trudeau’s government even attempted negotiations or civil dialogue. There was incredible slandering in the media and from politicians (from name calling to potential false flags and allegations), but despite the Freedom Convoy being Canada’s largest protest and was overwhelmingly peaceful and patriotic: bank accounts were frozen, participant information was doxed, people had their livelihoods threatened, police were sent in with batons and shields, and the former war measures act was used - all without the federal government opening a basic civil dialogue. Also notable that Trudeau himself went out to march and kneel with the BLM protests two years prior to the Freedom Convoy, yet would dehumanize and demean the convoy members repeatedly.

Don’t let them pretend that they didn’t know it was unjustified when they did it.

In Canada, the emergency act never passed parliament. The Canadian Senate never voted on the act, it was never proclaimed except by the cabinet.

The Canadian government has had multiple decisions overturned by the court system recently, and they just come out and say they disagree and will be appealing the ruling. There is zero accountability in Canada. It's disgusting.

If Trudeau and Freeland want to appeal the decision, they should do so at their personal expense

Freeland now says it was a hard decision and with a heavy heart, but when they first invoked the act she actually laughed as she said that bank accounts were being frozen.

Actually Brihana, the truckers parked where the police had set aside spaces for them. They didnt block anything since they had given plenty of notice they were coming. Peter Sloly showed this in the early days of the protest.

There is a difference between the truckers protesting something happening to them and people protesting about something thats happening on the other side of the world and has nothing to do with their country

It was the coolest and coldest protest I had ever seen, in my 65 years of life. The Canadian people never disappoint.

At the protest I saw people there that were creating their own footage of how peaceful it was, sharing it online for all to see. Footage that the mainstream media would not show to anyone. Before all the carnage started, people from all over the world were protesting peacefully, music playing, homeless people being fed hot meals, coffee and hot chocolate being served to help warm folks up and innocent children playing hockey in the streets. when the carnage began I saw police vandalizing trucks, consequently resulting in children and their parents unable to stay warm in the cold, innocent elderly people just trying to get through to get home being yanked out of their vehicles and brutally beaten to the ground face first and stomped on as they laid face down on the ground, innocent protesters that were only protesting peacefully pepper sprayed and assaulted, military police armed with assault rifles, using flash grenades against people they had no right to use them on, police using smoke bombs and tear gas on the protestors regardless of these folks having the right to protest peacefully by law, and an elderly woman brutally run down by an R.C.M.P. officer on horseback. The emergencies act is by law only to be implemented to stop wars or terrorists and not to be used on people that have a right to protest peacefully and that is the true law. Turdeau and his cronies along with all the police involved during that time should all be behind bars and never be allowed to keep their jobs anywhere ever again. They only deserve prison work.

So will there be any repercussions for the unjust actions of the Canadian government???

Could you let this sink in for a minute? A few groups took the federal government to court claiming what they did in Ottawa to Canadian citizens was illegal. So the government was there to defend itself against these claims of illegal activity. Well, the judge ruled what the government did was illegal. So what exactly is the charge and who is being held responsible. that's the rub the government even after being caught in court for illegal activity against its own people isn't being held accountable. There is no justice for the little guy It is a big club and we are not members.

A government should not have the power to seize a citizen's bank account in retribution. Once someone is convicted... say a drug dealer whose funds are from illegal acts, then the state "may" have the right. But it still needs to be scrutinized. Our governments are crossing the line to often now.

The Canadian truck protest, was a static contained small 4 block area that could easily be walked around or traversed by vehicle delaying an individual by a minute by talking the next street over. Blocking a highway or major artery in or out of downtown or to block an area that is unknown to oncoming traffic with no exits available, backing up traffic or snarling traffic for miles essentially imprisoning citizens for hours is illegal and should not be compared. It is non-sensical and is not a comparison.

So what can the truckers do now? Nothing, it seems. There will be no accountability.

Why does it take so long for these crimes to be addressed legally?Theres no good reason for any vaccine mandates ever!!!

I still encounter a person or two at the office or out in public that have continued to drink the fear Kool-aid and wear a mask. Their shocked looked to see myself and everyone else unmasked gives me the impression that this is their first time venturing out of their safe space, ideology echo chamber bubble. You can see them having a hard time coming to grips with the fact that 99.99% of the people around them at this moment are maskless, and happily going about their business & chatting face to face with each other.

The Assist Prime Minister was GLEEFUL at the freedom to use the powers of the act, freezing bank accounts, etc. and gave NO indication that they would limit their use of those powers for x purpose/time period, etc. She was obnoxious about it, as was Trudeau, in a GROSS ABUSE of power. The truckers protest in the city was legal - the capitol police answered in a press conference - why haven't you arrested them - his response - they haven't broken any laws. So, every time they tried to catch them on something (removed trashcans so they could say they were littering - then the truckers put out trash bags and collected trash in that zone/removed it from the area - they had to change the rules/laws to trip them up; Truduea hid for at least 2 weeks under TWO different claims that he was "exposed" to someone with Covid - not sick himself, just exposed- to avoid meeting with the Truckers. Canada has state sponsored news channel so they just repeated VERBATIM whatever Trudeau said, which included calling the truckers white supremacists, etc. BEFORE THEY ARRIVED so that local citizens would not listen to them - then they showed up and you see there were a wide range of ages/ethnicities/faiths represented by the drivers protesting the AUTHORITARIAN overreach of CA government leaders.

Trudeau should have to pay reparations to the fine truckers and anyone whose bank accounts were frozen, have to publicly apologize and should have to spend a year prohibited from obtaining any goods that were transported by truck. He doesn't deserve anything in his hands that was ever under care and transport of a trucker in my opinion.
