Which do you like better for brisk walking and jogging (1 hour per day)? The trainer or runner? The trainer is in my price range but what are your thoughts? Edit: I am hung up on the difference between the belt weights with the runner's belt apparently being heavier. I don't want the walk to be too easy or "fast" on the trainer. Can you get a comparable workout on it?
