Truma Ultrastore Thermostat & Elements Quick test 

This quick test procedure tests the elements and thermostat. If both elements test ok and you still have no hot water, then check the power is getting to the hot water unit.
If you get no reading on only ONE side of the switch, then it means that only one element has failed and you can still use the other one.
