And Joe Biden has added over 14 million jobs, compared to Trump's net loss of 2.9 million jobs and an unemployment rate of 6.3% when he left office. As far as gas prices, the pandemic in 2020 kept prices low because people weren't driving. So the notion that the economy was better under Trump, and that he actually cares about anything other than himself, is ridiculous.

Yes the etymology for Reich is as you say. But I think it's fair to say that the word is now forever associated with the Nazi movement, so it's not unreasonable for people to make that connection.
