Love all your other workouts but just didnt get this one. Seemed to spend too much time altering straps which affected the pace. Keep up the excellent workouts though as every other one ive done has been superb

Thanks for the feedback. It's a fair observation but I don't want to limit myself to movements that only use one length of the strap. I would run out of ideas! That said, my next one has no adjustments - look out for it - not sure if I will post next Monday or the following! :)
