Initially I will do your workout as you have designed it so I can listen to your instruction, thereafter I always play my own music as love training to Garage music amongst others so not really a problem to me either way . Keep up the good work ! I love your Kettlebell warm up, use it before I do my other training ;)

Move everyday if possible - but mix it up! Listen to your body and don't do the same workout two days in a row.

The more often I accomplish an entire workout the more variety the Youtoob software rewards me the participant, with greater exposure to this content. I knocked off a week to rest my body and also knocked off a 2lb gift box of Sees. Well, please ignore the latter and acknowledge the former. Thank yoj
