1:34 The more accurate translation would be “(to) try everything” because there is no tense word to indicate the past.

The Russian dub left the song in English, like the vast majority of dubs. The versions featured in this video make the entirety of the versions this song numbers

most of disney's movies are practically musicals at this point not dubbing the songs would be like not translating half of what the characters say.... "Try Everything" IS one of the few exception in this case, where the song is related to the theme and idea of the movie but NOT directly related to the story - that's why you don't lose story or context by leaving the original + you can get away with casting actresses that don't necessarily have to be second reincarnation of shakira in order to sing this song, lmao

Oh man, I wished the mixing of those backing vocals in Kannada were better. It's sad when I hear such a promising singer's performance being ruined by the badly done backing vocals, but it's nice to at least have Kannada dubs brought into the Disney fold as well. For the lyrics, 0:34 the translation would be "But we have to/we must get up and see what lies ahead", not 'I'. and at 2:22 I am quite sure I hear the word 'Prayathnisuve' (ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವೆ), as it's a Sanskrit loanword. Can't be as sure in the translation, though it definitely must be something related to 'trying'.
