Her art is so comforting like from the characters to the small details it's all so clear and comforting.

You actually can drag image files directly into clip studio, you just have to drop them in the layer panel like, above or in between other layers. A red line appears to show when you can drop the images. It's not very intuitive for sure, and I always instinctively drop the images on the canvas on accident, but it is possible. 😅

The fact Lavender can draw several different iterations of the first OC in only 4 hours when thats about the time it takes for me to finish one drawing fascinates me.

I love how much effort you put into these challenges. It must make the original creators so happy!

Video idea: I think it would be cool if you took characters from classic literature or from Shakespeare and giving them a modern look.

As much as I love your drawing of the other character, I can’t describe how much I’d like to see your adaptation of a villain planchette because she’s such an outgoing bubbly character so I’m really curious how you’d interpret her as a villain.

Video suggestion: animating scenes of your webcomic! Not fully animated though, more just like a still picture with some animated elements :) I think a scene with babs and sun would be cute 😳 also little ghosties flying around 🥰

I just got back from spending 30 minutes for 1/10 of a animation, Watching this after that as a break was a good idea. It is also my first animation.

The way you blend always amaze me, I've been trying to do it for a long time, but I never quite get the same result.

I think the reason why the smooth hand grab challenge is so popular is it's a great way to practice face angles and also hand gestures (and it's hot/cute but we don't talk about that). we all know how freaking hard drawing hands is (let's not even talk about animating hands), and everyone doing the challenge is flexing their hand drawing abilities XD (im jelly) Your version of it was super cute. I've also seen versions where they gently tap on the screen and the character adjust their angle by themself. One of my favs is the artist accidently drawing on their character's glasses, and the character removes them in a "wtf did u just do" expression XD

It would be cool if you did boardgames (like monopoly, candy land, chess) as people and teas as people as well. I love your art style btw!

TikTok helps me find new art stuff, it's also quite enjoyable seeing other people finding these hacks.

Tbh, the thing about the hands looking like your own (all jokes aside) really applies to me. When I'm making finished drawings, I have enough time to make them look nice, but when I draw hand frames for my webcomic, my protagonist's hands look disgusting and spidery, which isn't too far from my own hands.
