I've watched all the vlogs so far and can say I'm invested now, there's no going back. Also, he probably just pumped himself full of more vitamins and junk than his usual daily pills in one sitting.
The question about the caffeine and being tired depends really but if you are ADHD or have another neuro divergence of that kind, caffeine can have the opposite effect on you. Much like when they subscribe stimulants to people with those conditions. Also, caffeine puts your brain at a higher level of alertness which tires your brain quicker. Please drink some water. Your poor kidneys.
...I am pretty sure the reason he got tired was not because of any caffeine and ADHD relationship but the fact that all of that crap he put into his body was also full of sugar. And if you take in that much sugar in such a short amount of time, your insulin will spike and then drop down afterwards and you'll feel like you are dying.
Caffeine, like most drugs, is based on your ability to tolerate it. If you regularly drink large amounts of caffeine (say, 200 or more a day), you're gonna build up a lot of tolerance. People that don't regularly drink caffeine in large amounts will instead experience caffeine dropout, which gives them a high followed by a very bad low. They will feel like they might collapse/fall asleep, which is likely what you were experiencing. A person who is used to a lot of caffeine would not get as bad of a dropout.

What I am worried about this is that some of the drinks seem to help getting to sleep well. You might have drunk ones that are said to keep you awake and ones to make you sleepy, together... And some are just to help you digest better after eating too much.
