When I was pregnant all I ate was Filipino food which is weird bc I did not grow up eating Filipino food. I was introduced to it five years ago and I love it! The lumpia and pork adobo are my favorites!

You guys literally had me drooling. All the faves in a drinking session, gonna last me few more bottles. All those are fried so I suggest a vinegar dip, calamansi/lemon + soy sauce(you can add a chili, tomato or onion to this dip). But hell yeah! I am hungry with this!

I know, right? Filipino here in Europe, drooling at the sight of lechon kawali and sisig! How I wish we have a Filipino resto here where I can order them right now though I prefer my sisig sizzling served on a sizzling plate topped with egg, sprinkled with calamansi juice, and paired with ice-cold San Miguel beer - perfect for a hot summer day like today!

When you guys do your part 2….with pork sinigang and kare kare…. you HAVE to try another order of lechon with Mang Tomas sauce! 😆👍🏻 Lechon is great with spicy vinegar but also equally amazing with Mang Tomas. It’s sweet…not spicy.

You guys are doing fine with the sauces, but there is another designated sauce for the lechon kawali, its a savory liver sauce called MANG TOMAS. It is bottled, and you can buy it in any Asian stores, along with the banana ketchup. I'll add to the requested dishes you need to try, BEEF KALDERETA ( Beef Stew ) , PINAKBET - p-knack-bet - ( Assorted Veggie Stew ) SINIGANG - see-knee-gang ( Tamarind Sour Soup, mixed with either pork or seafood ) . Keep in mind, these dishes are meant to be eaten with RICE. And for dessert, try the TURON ( its like a egg roll in appearance, but inside you'll find saba banana, sometimes with jackfruit slice ) I prefer eating it with Mango Ice Cream to make it ala mode. There you go, till next time.

left over lecheon or lecheon kawali can be cooked as LECHEON PAKSIW. Mang Tomas, garlic, vinegar, whole peppercorns and onions.

@@LaterTofuEats it's freakin' good! It even has the spicy variant. It can be poured in anything. Well it was supposed to be dipped into but for some of us Filipinos we pour it over lecheon, tortang talong... Almost to every fried stuff there is.

Hello guys !!!😊😊😊 Great to see you're enjoying the food Filipino food .👈😊❤️ Though I don't no longer eat some especially pork. Due to health reasons.. You guys can best enjoy adobo by putting the sauce on your rice! Chicken liver sauce is good for the crispy PATA as dipping sauce also soy sauce with Calamansi or lemon squeeze and chill pepper 🌶️🫑. hello.. the best dipping sauce for crispy pata is mix of soy sauce & vinegar, add some chopped onions, cucumber, a lil bit of salt, pepper & sugar. (optional: chili peppers or crushed peppers) enjoy! 😊👍

I just came across your channel and it's my first time watching Asian guys sipping halo-halo hehehe but it's a good thing Dennis tried it with a spoon at the end. Watching u guys made me feel so hungry lol. Crispy pata goes well with spicy suka/vinegar, lechon kawali goes well with Mang Tomas, a liver sauce which is very delicious. Lumpia is very broad dish Lumpiang Shanghai the meat one Lumpiang sariwa it's wrapper are made from eggs, milk and flour it's feeling is bamboo shoots and Lumpiang gulay literally translated to (Gulay-vagetable) And theirs type of lumpia like dynamite it's feeling are whole chilli cheese and meat And desert one like turon Plantine type banana wrap with jack fruits

Sauces: Lumpiang shanghai- sweet and sour chili sauce; Crispy pata - combination of vinegar, soy sauce, chili, garlic, onion; Pork lechon - sweet (Mang Tomas) lechon sauce; Sisig - you may sprinkle with some calamansi (or lemon).
