I relate so much with Greg. Getting interested in something random (like a silly phone game) and doing research on it, just because you want to know more. It's like being full of "meaningless" knowledge by knowing stuff that only resonates with a handful of people.

I love this video. Greg is so passionate and animated, he's so ridiculously into what he does, it's really wholesome.

I love the way Greg tells a story and I have to say he is exactly right about the peach fuzz. They are so peachy that you do get the super fresh peach flavor. Also, their root beer flavor actually feels fizzy to me!! Love you guys’ candy too. Delish!

I can see how one would think this was awkward, but I truly dont believe Steve and Terry meant to come across this way. Greg has a very soothing voice and he is full of lots of fun facts. I think they were genuinely interested in what he was saying. Also...they did try the candy he gave them. Did they eat every piece, no but they did try every piece. And, Greg even said himself he wasnt offended. I love Hercules and I love Lofty, and it was a pleasure to see them together. Thank you to both for taking the time out of your busy schedules to get together for your fans. :-D

Wow, totally get what he is talking about regarding art. I make handmade soaps, cupcake and cake soaps and I get the same thing comment, I don't want to use it, it's too pretty, etc...... When people enjoy it and use it, it challenges me to continue to make more awesome products......

I truly find the whole Greg/Hercules saga fascinating. It's crazy to see two completely different styles of candy makers come together and learn from one another. It must have been quite jarring for Steve and Terry to have such a bold, yet friendly personality come into their home and share new techniques that they knew they'd never go on to replicate, and tell stories that they could hardly fake their interest in. It's clear that Greg is far more passionate and innovative with what he does, whereas the Hercules family is simply following the recipes that were taught throughout generations. In no other video is it more clear what unfolds when a career is borne out of family tradition, backed merely by the necessity to put food on the table, versus the career that was chosen, and driven fiercely by passion, hunger for creativity, innovation, and a sheer will to hone your craft. Hats off to Greg, as annoying as he may be - we can all be rest assured that not a day goes by where he is not learning more about his passion, and even advancing the world of candy making, one fuzzy peach at a time.

If Greg didn't make candy he would be a fantastic educator.

The American Flag flavor reminds me when Violet, in Willy Wonka, was describing all the different flavors of the candy and then came the dessert... blueberry pie! How funny if Craig could have edited all three of them turning red, white, and blue, colors.... like Violet turning violet! ❤💙❤💙

I think the problem here is that most people are used to fake youtube personalities where everybody plays this animated, exaggerated caricature of themselves so when they see normal people having normal interactions they're all like SoMeThInG iS wRoNg !!! when in reality the fakeness of the internet has altered their perceptions of reality.

OMG! I was at the Calder (spelling?) Exhibit that same day. I was 14. It to had a profound impact on me. Through his death showed the the beauty of his art. Alive, expressive visual, meant to be physically emotionally touched. Just like his candy! But with the candy you also get taste. Greg is the best.
