Trying Mongolian food on the way to Terelj Park 

Just touched down in the vast, enigmatic landscapes of Mongolia and I’m already smitten! 🏞️✨ As we journeyed towards the spectacular Terelj National Park, we stopped to experience the traditional nomadic way of life.
Oh, and the food! Got to taste local Mongolian delicacies, Bansh and Tsuivan, for the first time inside a cozy Ger (Mongolian tent). The Bansh, delightful dumplings filled with juicy minced meat, practically melted in my mouth. 😋 The Tsuivan, a hearty noodle stir-fry with vegetables and mutton, had this rustic, homemade goodness that was beyond comforting. 🍜
I can still feel the warmth of the Ger’s hearth, the aroma of the food, and the soft flicker of the firelight against the felt walls. It’s like stepping into a world that’s both ancient and timeless.
