@@shivanisoni7971 Soak one tablespoon of flax seeds in a glass of water for 15 to 20 minutes and then boil the flax seeds. When the water becomes thick, filter it and drink this while going to bed. Do not boil too much.
I found with this mask it works better if you don’t boil the water just put the flaxseed and water in a container and put it in the fridge it will make sure the flax seed mask has more nutrients then when you boil it
@@_apoorva_07 so basically making this jealous jealous, super easy. You just need to take holes full of scenes and you keep boiling it until it achieve gel like structure. Let it cool down and you can easily apply it with your hands. But as people say that it gives you a Botox like structure of Botox like face that is completely false. You have to wait for 15 to 20 minutes until it dries out completely. And then you can wash it off with plain water and that’s all.
what do you do with with the actual seeds once you have the gel? feels like a waste of food to throw it away, but idk if it has any nutrients left if you boil and strain out the gel part
hopefully we can emulate good morals (akhlakul karimah) like prophet muhammad and umm khadijah and become uswatun hasanah ( good role models) because in accordance al-quraan and sunnah
