People in California are very angry because we pay the highest gas tax in the nation close to $0.70 a gallon plus it goes up another 5.7 cents per year for the next 10 years plus billions of dollars DMV fees and California uses all these funds to construct FasTrak and toll roads plus we have to pay additional fees to go on the FasTrak people in California are tired of this problem California is downright greedy
I think californians just need to start sabotaging the cameras that enforce these bullshit toll lanes. Who votes for this extortion? Not me! Taxation without representation!
Express lanes should be toll for single drivers and HOV 2+ free to encourage carpooling. Or at least 2+ discount and 3+ free. Main lanes are free to everyone but are slower.
As a European I randomly heard about this and couldn't even believe it. Is this built by the government? Crazy to have a side of the road you have to pay for to go faster. I understand private roads, but this will make the official roads worse
Eh, we are voting for this here in California if you're mad then you're not paying attention to the measures on ballots and then the results. And it's California living here you should already know it's expensive we have a huge economy for a reason 🤷🏾♀️
