Check the vent in the cap. Lots of times those small pin holes get clogged and that makes the seal leak. I used to drill a tad bigger hole in the rubber caps and NEVER had another seal leak again.

You were talking about the trailers hard to jack when loaded. BOTH of those trailers should have dual hi/lo gear jacks. Any quality trailer should have these jacks

You should get a forklift makes it alot easier for. Loading and saves you from using both trailers
