Lot going on. I think Niels just misjudged it. I thought worse of it when I first saw it, but I think the next incident made me realize, Niels was just fighting and got it wrong. Loved the Mike Judge character running the Polish Prince (Alan Kulwiki) Hooters Underbird livery, but disagree with what he said...passing on a straight isn't "taking a risk." That's the least risky pass to make. Albert is just one of those people you run into in Rookies. Hate the result, but love the videos. Keeps me going during the work day, when I wish I was racing. Hope I can catch you on track sometime. I can't believe I've never been in a race with you as much as we both seem to drive FF1600. Someday soon, hopefully. Cheers!
Geez Ed. Sorry to see that happen to you. I love the the little Rays. And in the open races your setups just make them sing. But I'm kinda tiring of this sort of caper. This season, it's a choice of either getting torpedoed from behind by out of control cars (even driven by A licenses) in the wet races, or getting taken out by guys who race with tunnel vision and no consideration in the rookies. Which is a bloody shame, because my rig is finally optimised and the new pedals (Simgrade VX-Pro) have been total game changers. (Looking back, I shoulda thrown the V3s in the rubbish about a year ago.) I hope next season's Trophy Cup returns us to a situation like last season, where better standards of driving seemed to prevail.
Yep had similar incident on the inside of the curve in FV yesterday when running 1 2. A little frustrating but recovered to 5th so wasn't all lost. Gonna run in FF today. Love your videos.
I had fun racing in the lead pack with you this week (at least until I took myself out lol), Niels probably didn't see you and just cut across. Def his fault, but close enough I guess, but holy heck, Albert, he was clearly trying to block you and run you off track. not once but twice.
Well, Niels, I would say, was a racing incident. If you mean the 2nd collision 💥 I wouldn't say racing incident, especially when he made the same move a 2nd time
