Same concept for the K24A2 in the 2004? Also, what was it that you used for the timing chain cover seal?

It should be the same for all K-Series engine and you can use any gasket maker.

Question my brotha after the first rotation of the chain the gold links will never line up again correct like when u first set up the chain?

Thanks and also does the oil pump (little chain) marks have to line up anywhere when engine is TDC?

It will randomly line up after many more rotations.

@alexsantana5377 Oil pump is independent and has nothing to do with timing. As long as it can rotate, it will continue feeding oil to the motor (no right or wrong way to install the oil pump chain)
