@@TUSHARGUPTA-mh8kf Yes, i can. Straddle planche on ground for 14 max seconds, supinated bars only 7 or 8 seconds. My full planche 5 seconds max on the ground and p bars only 2 or 3. But i still don't have time yet to train, i was doing progressions for 1 years and unlocked by doing attempts, just jumping or trying to lift my waist higher.
Hey Artem first of all you're awesome. Second, can I achieve my straddle planche by just doing this excercises when I can hold tuck planche and not advanced tuck?
Привет, где то месяц смотрю тебя на русском канале. Но только вчера подписался на этот твой канал, ты очень крутой!) Ксати я сейчас стараюсь улучшить свой англиский так как не очень уж он у меня хороший, хотя учусь в 11 классе!) Но при просмотре твоих видео улучшая английский и пополняя знания по калистенике получаю огромнейший кайф. Хоть я сейчас не все слова понимаю) но я уверен что через месяц или два уже будут видны результаты!😊👊✌
imo and inmyexp,, people just dont embrace and really focus on the adv tuck clean form and hold it really firm.. seriously, if u can hold adv tuck in solid form (lock arm, lean, scapula lock protacted, ppt, and that butt is line with shouler not below or above) for 20-30 sec comfortably.. it is some serious strength u achieve there.. and straddle is just matter of patience and time (ofcourse with correct progression to straddle). mostly what i see, atleast in my community... they dont perform clean adv tuck and onlyeven get for 10 sec more.. and ask the master there...... why i cant straddle yet.. haha.
