Abortion was prohibited in the Nazi Germany. LGBT was prohibited in the Nazi Germany. Does anybody says that the Nazi Germany was "pro life" ?

As a Protestant, I greatly appreciate this conversation. These two gentlemen have a superior grasp of history, and where we are geopolitically.

These good prists raise the issue of helping Ukraine. I think they oversimplified to some extent the questions that many of us have about aid to Ukraine. I simply see many conservatives asking why we are so concerned with the borders of Ukraine while not applying the principle of inviolate borders to our own borders. If we erase our border, the survival of Ukraine will ultimately be meaningless to the West. Let us preserve our borders and rule of law, and, if we can, then we can aid Ukraine.

As always, there are two sides of the story, but who will perish - the "little people". I personally spoke with one Byzantine Catholic priest from US, who was in Donbas and saw how ukr army was bombing civilians back in 2014... War is an ugly spectacle from both sides :(

Also the big one. What are your thoughts on our western governments stopping a peace deal from happening? Shouldn’t that be top priority?

I think the issue isn't that conservatives don't want to help, just that you should fix your own problems first. We have 30+ trillion in debt... we quite literally cannot afford to help without dooming our children. As they say when you're flying, put on your oxygen mask before helping others. That being said, we should still be helping, we just need focus to be at home.
