Prison for misgendering someone. What if it's an honest mistake, and not an act of transphobia or disrespect? And how will this hold up in court? Will we just go on word of mouth? Not to mention freedom of speech (I am totally against transphobia, I think it's important to respect people's gender identities) but freedom of speech is a core value in a democratic system.

I don’t use Tumblr anymore cause I said I was bi and what happened in this video essentially happened to me after claiming I was attracted to a girl. You know, *LIKE A BISEXUAL PERSON WOULD BE* and people attacked me for being a bisexual guy *ATTRACTED TO A GIRL* and not a guy. Pretty sure that’s not how being bi works.

I'm a girl and when I walk into a room of _men,_ I am terrified. But when it's a room of boys, I'm ecstatic. Because adults are intimidating. Regardless of gender.

it seems like these people think we just live for the thrill of misgendering them. it’s (most of the time) an accident and we’re sorry. we’re not trying to be transphobic or trying to disrespect your pronouns and gender. we’re *humans* .we make mistakes. when i’m not sure of someone’s pronouns, i use they/them, because it’s gender neutral and easy to remember, as apposed to a set of pronouns like xe/xim. when they let me know, i’ll use those ones. we don’t deserve jail time or a fine, all we need is a friendly reminder. being cis is not a crime. you aren’t stupid or rude for using the wrong pronouns. you are important, and you only made a mistake.

1. Just because someone is Bisexual doesn't mean they'll cheat on you, they could but everyone is different, ANYONE can leave a relationship regardless of what gender they are attracted to. 2. Being Bisexual doesn't mean the person is greedy. 3. Maybe people who are questioning their sexuality should stop using Bisexual as a stepping stone until they find out what their sexuality is, if you think you are Bi then say you are Bi-curious until you figure it out. 4. If someone is Bisexual and is in a straight relationship then they are NOT disowned/kicked out of the lgbt community. They simply dating ONE of the TWO genders they are attracted to. 5. Those who don't like Bisexuals might as well refer to the community as lgt/lgtq+ since they HATE Bisexuals so much. Maybe people need to take more notice of the B in lgBt.
