I tried the recipe, but the cutlets is very soggy inside. I did not add a single drop of water and added a few tablespoon of flour.. how is it suppose to be, crunchy outside and soft inside?

hi Naj, In Queens, you cn try Jackson Heights, 74street (Little India) well now its considered "Little Bangladesh" lol you can get a tailor there or you can try many stores in Long Island (Hicksville, Floral Park, and New Hyde Park) In Floral Park, which is literally "Little Indian" there are many many Indian clothing stores. I love your channel, the only thing that puts me off from continuing watching is at list the list of ingredients in the description box. It is too annoying and time consuming to go back and forth the video to get the amount of ingredients used.
