Crushed Pepper (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) - 1+2 Teaspoons
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1+½+½ Teaspoon
Water (വെള്ളം) - ¾ Cup (180 ml)
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) - 2 Tablespoons
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 2 Inch Piece (Finely Chopped)
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 15 Cloves (Chopped)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 3 Nos (Chopped)
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 3 Sprigs (Chopped)
Onion (സവോള) - 2 Nos (Finely Chopped)
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) - 1 Teaspoon
Egg (മുട്ട) - 2 Nos
Bread Crumbs (റൊട്ടിപ്പൊടി) - 1½ Cup
