Today, I’m making a simple tuna kimchi stew using a tuna can.
It’s a perfect easy meal with just a bowl of rice ^^
오늘은 참치캔을 이용해서, 간단하게 김치찌개를 끓여 보았어요.
이렇게 끓여 놓으면, 밥 한그릇 뚝딱, 간단하게 한끼 해결 되지요 ^^

Things you need!
MATERIAL:
cutting board 도마
knife 칼
bowl 그릇
pot 냄비
cooking spoon 요리스푼
measuring cups & spoons 계량컵 & 스푼
FOOD:
over ripened kimchi 300g
kimchi juice 1/2 cup
water 1 cup
onion 50g
1 green onion (20g)
tofu 200g
sesame oil 2 tbsp
ground garlic 1 tbsp
dasida (bouillon) 1 tsp
red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
can of tuna 225g
soup base soy sauce or fish sauce
신김치 300g
김치국물 1/2 컵
물 1 컵
양파 50g
파 1개 (20g)
두부 200g
참기름 또는 들기름 2 간마늘 1 tbsp
다시다 1 tsp
고추가루 1/2 tbsp
참치캔 225g
국간장 또는 멸치액젓
