I am making stir~fried fish cake, which is popular among a lot of Koreans.
Fish cake is made by adding starch to finely ground fish meat and frying it.
Today, I added shishito peppers and stir~fried them, and make them slightly spicy.
If you don't like the spicy taste, leave out the red chili paste and add 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
한국인이라면 누구나 좋아하는 밑반찬 중 하나인 어묵볶음을 만들어 보았어요.
어묵은 곱게 간 생선살에 전분을 넣어서 튀겨낸 음식입니다.
오늘은 꽈리고추를 넣어서 살짝 매콤하게 볶았어요.
매운맛이 부담스럽다면, 고추장을 빼고 간장 1 tbsp을 더 넣고 요리해 보세요.

stir fry pan 후라이팬
cooking spoon 요리스푼

5 square fish cakes (160g)
shishito peppers 60g
onion 70g
carrot 20g
red chili paste 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
water 1 tbsp
cooking wine (mirim) 1 tbsp
sugar 1/2 tbsp
black pepper 1/8 tsp
garlic powder 1/8 tsp
ginger powder 1/8 tsp
cooking oil 1 tbsp
Korean syrup 1 tbsp
sesame oil
sesame seeds
사각어묵 5장 (160g)
꽈리고추 60g
양파 70g
당근 20g
고추장 1 tbsp
간장 1 1/2 tbsp
물 1 tbsp
맛술 1 tbsp
설탕 1/2 tbsp
마늘가루 1/8 tsp
생강가루 1/8 tsp
후추가루 1/8 tsp
식용유 1 tbsp
물엿 1 tbsp
참기름
