My Tuna Macaroni Salad is made with lots of tuna fish, shell pasta, celery, onions, mayonnaise, and spices. This southern tuna macaroni salad is the perfect side dish for any occasion! It always gets praised, and most people don’t realize how effortless and cheap my tuna macaroni salad is to make.

0:18 - Chop the vegetables.
0:58 - Crumble the eggs.
1:30 - Here are the other ingredients needed.
1:56 - Prepare the pasta.
2:19 - Drain the pasta.
2:22 - Rinse the pasta.
2:32 - Add mayonnaise to a bowl.
2:36 - Add the relish.
2:53 - Mix well.
2:57 - Add the tuna.
3:06 - Add the eggs.
3:10 - Mix well.
3:28 - Add the seasonings.
3:35 - Add the chopped vegetables.
3:58 - Add the pasta.
4:03 - Fold the ingredients together.
4:10 - Cover and chill for at least an hour.
4:17 - Spoon out into a serving dish.
4:29 - Spread out the salad.
4:40 - Top with paprika and parsley flakes.

This brings to mind, my mom's tuna salad. Every Saturday morning, my mom would make a HUGE pot of Tuna Salad, early on Saturday mornings In those long ago golden days, there would be an endless supply of "Tarzan" movies. So, my brothers, sisters & I would stay glued to our old B/W television set, watching EVERY Tarzan movie, known to man & cheer Tarzan, Jane & "Boy" on ALL their exploits. Swinging from vines, calling their herds of elephants to help them fight the evils of their jungle world. When we asked our mother where did "Boy" come from, she would stumble out where he came from. According to our mom, "Boy" came from an ostrich egg. Needless to say, I wanted an ostrich egg, so I could get another "brother". Well, it's been many, many years, and I STILL never got this other brother. THANK YOU FOR bringing back those old memories.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was sooo good! My kids loved it as well. I didn't have dill relish so I just chopped up some dill pickles and it came out great!!

I Heart Recipes I made this today! Soooo good. The best flavor ever. I added a bit more dill pickle relish and extra garlic powder and garlic salt. I decorated with sliced boiled eggs and of course paprika😄👍🥳

AWWW NO!! You cut off the best most sweetest part of the celery and threw it away @0:30. The bottom wider, lighter colored part. I use to do the same thing till my grandmother in law informed me of just how delicious it was.
