Tuna Mayonnaise Bread This is my great recipe, kneaded by hand no more than 10 minutes
Ingredients: Tuna Mayonnaise Bread
Cut into 8 pieces of 52 grams each.
- 170 grams of bread flour
- 60 grams of all-purpose wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 25 grams of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 32 grams of chicken eggs (crack eggs, beat and weigh)
- Cold fresh milk, 65 grams (cold)
- 55 grams of cold water
- 25 grams of unsalted butter, cold and soft
Tips
- All liquids must be cold

- 1 tablespoon butter for frying
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
