Im a state inspector in north carolina and anything 2004 and up is emissions inspection. 2003 and before is a safety only inspection good to see you back making vids!!
Awesome to see this car again! My prelude build is almost done, just need the tuner & engine builder to be on the same page. My link ecu is at the tuners shop but my engine builder is slow af.

Do you think its worth it to build a non vtec turbo b18 like you've done? Everyone on the old forums always said do lsvtech or k swap, but I always wanted to just do a b18b1 turbo build.
Def from the Dyno graph jmill posted it looked like it toook forever to build boost. What turbo is it? What ar is the exhaust housing? And do you have turbo exhaust leaks?
