Truly am thankful for this! I can't put weight on my right foot at all but i improvise!! Such great motivation for me as I recuperate! He is so faithful!
Great workout Paul. 7 days in a row I have been keeping my energy HIGH with your great workouts. This workout was especially great. 1. I like the visible clock. That helps me pace my workout and energy 2. I like that you turned off the high energy music during the cool down period and did a great post workout stretch

This was my 1st time doing this workout and as always I am never disappointed. The relaxation routine at the end really rejuvenated my mind and body Paul . Until the next time.

I enjoyed this one very much. I like the fact that you incorporate stretching as part of the exercise itself. With the timer still on screen, it helps keep me motivated to follow along and finish with cooling off. The stretch at the end with one foot over the knee and leaning forward (the hip stretch) felt fantastic for my sciatica. Thank you!
Hi Paul Eugene: Thank you so much for helping me to be able to excercise with my sore heel. I started working out with you at the beginning of 2022. Since I started, I have lost a little over 30 pounds and have managed to keep the weight off. I still have a long way to go with my weight lost journey. But, I am happy to say, I am not going to give up until I reach my goal. Thanks again for your videos.

Thanks, You are right about the slow music for chair workouts, that is why when I got injury and had to sit I started making chair workouts at a faster tempo because high energy people like me needed them.
@@PaulEugene great 👍 work my favorite on u tube. Had double foot surgery 2 weeks out. I have done cardio all my adult life (68) so I need music and fast. Had to modify some foot work but each day will be better. Haven’t told my Doctor I’m doing this - opps 😜 Please give use more 🙏

WHEN I WAS 26 MINS INTO THIS, I CHECKED MY CAL. BURN(APPLE WATCH) I HAD BURNED 51 CALORIES. LOL. I FINISHED AT 82. GREAT CAL BURNER. GREAT EXERCISE. THANKS!! BTW I AM A GREAT GRANDMOTHER 7 TIMES OVER. LOL.
thank you for sharing your thoughts. I did get it regarding the too many pauses, because the feet or arms are moving at all times. Further more some people need what you call pauses because they are not at the fitness level not to do so.
