​@@caseynewland2614in the mean time you should be OK, it's only because of the sudden vacuum happening at that moment after you close and reopen the throttle plate. When you're driving and the turbo starts spooling it will do the opposite which is keep it inflated. HPS makes good silicone joints for turbo charge piping just an FYI. However any good quality charge pipe silicone should do. Sweet build! Greetings from Michigan.

It's been a very fun journey! My only advice is get rid of the 4l60 as fast as possible!! Don't put any money into the stock transmission, you'll regret it! I hope you're build comes out great!!

No worries, I have a 4l80e 6.0 I have $750 in them. Plus the entire Driveline 4×4 2500hd. Then went with Turbo capable of supporting 950 horsepower on e85 And a fuel System Capable of supporting that power. pumps lines regulators return stile, haven't taken it down to Gap the rings yet so turbo is on the shelf. Along with the ninety eight pound injectors needed for running nine hundred and fifty horsepower on a turbo with e85. Holley xmax is working well. And the detroit true track made a world of difference. 799 heads rocker upgrade btr springs& truck Norris cam. Trailblazer s s intake. (Guessing) 400 to the tire naturally aspirated.

Thank you for the information! I'll take a look at the HPS stuff and see if I can find something to work. I'm currently balls deep in swapping to a 4l80, I blew up my 4l60 I'll be posting a video of the progress later today

It wasn't running at the time and It was also my ex's mom's truck. Got very lucky

E85 might be cheaper but when you get 8mpg, it goes by pretty fast. Starts becoming expensive lol

The air filter restriction gauge is still in the green and I'm getting 190kpa in the manifold with a 10lb spring in the wastegate. A little restriction but totally worth it! I'm not racing it so a pound or 2 isn't worth it for me

Factor stall and gears. If so what rpm did yiu start to see boost

@@zacharymelvin3487 2200 stall converter, 3.42 rear gear. Starts making boost around 3k

The turbo has held up great! The engine however did not like when my second fuel pump failed and bent a rod

@NightcoreThunder I added another fuel pump on top of the original system and it was great! But the cheap pump I used failed for some reason
