I know a lot of people are unfamiliar with turbocharging small engines a lot of people will just assume that I'm putting some random Turbo on here but if you go ahead and look up a VZ 21 turbo charger they are meant for engines about this size and yes they do school and they do create boost I am not looking to gain crazy amount of horsepower or to be in competition with anybody this is all just for fun and also something fun for people to follow along if you were interested feel free to comment and like share your ideas give me tips and suggestions etc.

Be interesting to see this. I made a turbo kit for a xy150 and it does alright. Without running the waste gate I was getting 15psi which is way out of the range of the vz21 so the waste gate is back on. For my turbo oil feed I found a banjo fitting on eBay I think m8 x 1.25mm and it has a 1 mm restriction drilled into it. Mamba I think was the brand. How are you planning to mod your carby? so I have to correct myself with the oil circuit I was wrong the way the oil circuit works on this pit bike with the new oil plate I'm gonna have to use both oil lines not block one off.

Oh knowing you, you’re eventually gonna add more to it and make it quite the little badass lol it’s still cool that you can do that to a cheap bike instead of paying for names brands.
