Turkish BREAD
Turkish Bread (Lavash)
350 g flour
250 ml (milk + water)
15 g of pressed yeast or 5 g of dry
7 g of salt
10 g of sugar
30 ml. vegetable oil, odorless
+1 egg, 1 tbsp milk, a pinch of salt for greasing
+ sesame
Bake bread at 392 F ° C - 25...30 minutes.
