Turmeric Rice (Dampokhtak) - Cooking with Yousef 

Hi friends, today we have a simple & delicious one-pot vegetarian rice dish called Dampokhtak or Dampokht Baghali or Dami Baghali, which is Turmeric Rice.

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Rice
- 1 to 1 1/2 Cups Dry Fava Beans
- 1 Large Onion (or 2 small)
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric
- 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
- Cooking Oil
