Great. I think I'll make mine with a 3/16" hole and screw in a 1/4" bolt. I will make one cut through the hole using my band saw. Inserting the bolt will help the wood expand and hold on to the sanding sleeve. Thanks
I think I understand what you are saying. So basically take the bolt out to allow for easy removal of the sleeve and screw the bolt in to provide tension to the sleeve?
hmm, if you put like a rod on ball bearings above or underneath it. could you make a small belt sander? i know it wouldnt be anything major but the idea is still there.
