No idea whether if I'm right, but I would think those lots will be developed, i.e. have high rises built, eventually. Enjoy the construction noise, wave at your neighbor's telescope, and kiss the Strip view goodbye.
I own the same floor plan on floor 26, which is slightly than that garage. My advice is to show these units at night because the city lights are beautiful. Also, you should talk up and show all the amenities like the Stirling Club
I like this unit, you going to have noise ( its downtown, close to the freeway, again it's downtown, you going to have noise downtown). Perfect for me I like this.
There is going to be a new huge development in that empty lot including a proposed NBA Arena. The noise would be a hard no. Space is nice though. I hope people are being honest about what might go in and not just saying we don't know, because clearly there are proposals that have been made.
That lot has had many “proposals” I don’t believe anything with that lot till it starts actually going vertical. They dug a giant hole there and then did nothing a few years ago. Regarding noise I don’t believe you have any noise from the arena if it comes to fruition. The T-Mobile arena doesn’t make any noise outside and they hold every possible event. The Cosmo day club though by veer definitely makes noise.
@@TheBrokerLife It is not so much the noise inside it is when everyone leaves the game and the traffic. Have you ever been around T-Mobile after a concert. It is crazy with people and traffic. I agree many proposals but it seems the NBA is gaining a lot of traction at that specific location. I would be very weary of buying anything with that empty lot. It is a nice unit I like Turnberry Towers grounds a bit better. Does NV have a cap on HOA increases ? I know Florida is considering one.
