I definitely agree that it’s not pitch black, more so as you said dark grey… I’m not having tiger stripe issues thankfully…

I've used it on a couple of cars. Depends on the plastic. First car needed a good initial covering and did not soak in too well, and needed to "work" in. The product just soaked in to the older second car and levelled off lovely with no issues. Fantastic product, blacker and shinier on the second coat and Damp fiber cloth to get it off the paint work easier. Wear gloves and don't spill it on your drive !!

It’s funny, it seemed as if TW was darker

So I went back to the video to see what you were talking about as far as disregarding directions and I used the phrase “it is what it is” you mentioned as a context point. It seems the only real aspect I disregarded were the gloves. That doesn’t affect performance or results, just my skin. If I were to do this everyday then that would also become a health concern. Performance though hasn’t been altered. Assuming that is what you’re talking about I appreciate your concern. If I am missing something please enlighten me…
