thank you for making a succinct straightforward instructional video. My sync module died for no reason. Spent an hour with customer service who determined I needed a new one. They did not tell me how to switch them out so this was perfect.

Ty for saving me a long call with blink lol...any ideas how to get them to charge me for this one and delete the old subscription?
