This job should not take any more than 1 hour for a good technician, plus the parts which could be found on eBay for under $100. You can't get new parts for this iMac, so your only option is to get a good used one from eBay.

I did as you showed, and it worked full . but I have another problem with coffee, I did it, the computer does not recognize the garmin usb port. is there a solution, I tried on several computers and different cables and reinstalled the driver
Use a magnifying glass to inspect each solder joint on the USB port, there has to be one or more loose or broken connections. Also check for solder bridges between the pins that can also cause the PC not to recognize it.
I've just tried changing mine and when I switch it on, it says touch dot....However, nothing happens and it does not sense my touch....Any help on thus pls?? Thanks
I have a flat board heat sink on my used controller. Do I need to switch out my old fin aluminum heat sink or can Use the flat aluminum heat sink board?
The flat version is designed for those electric carts that use the cart's chassis as a heat sink. So you can't use the one with fins even if you wanted to because it will not fit on the cart.

I have the kit to change the battery 1450...I got the first step done but I couldn't get those little screws unscrewed...I used a very little wd-40 still not able to get the screws out. UGH !!! I really don't know what to do from this point...any ideas?
You have to have the exact size screwdriver that I am using; if the screwdriver is just a little too small, it will damage the screws beyond repair. If the screws are completely stripped, even the right-sized screwdriver will not be able to open it. If that happens, you will need to use a Dremel tool to cut flat slots on the screws and use a flat screwdriver. Doing so will also cut the GPS case, but it will be covered up when you put the bezel over it again. If that is something you don't feel comfortable doing, you can send it to me, and I will open it for you at no cost. Just include a return shipping label so I can use to send it back to you. Thanks
@@mentoring42 The sync module is a piece of hardware that records all motion detections on all your cameras locally at no cost. So, you don't have to have a subscription plan if you have a sync module. However, you can't play or access the videos remotely unless you have a subscription plan.
The best place to get them is from TomTom website, but they cost more than the value of your old TomTom. You can get them free from GPS forums but they are dangerous sites to go to, because they are full of spyware, adware, adult content, and computer viruses. So if you want to take your chances and go there use a secondary computer not your primary PC.
What is the exact model number of your TomTom, I can help revive it. You must have accidentally deleted some system files. These files are supposed to be added to the TomTom without removing any existing files.

You can find them from eBay and Aliexpress> However first open the unit and see what the Display model number is, because the same exact model of Garmin GPS could have many different types of displays which may or may not be interchangeable.

Hi,m and thx for this great video, as customer attention at Garmin is either useless or non existing. I am suscribed to the radars yearly service, but I can´t see nothing related to radars in the GPS interfaces. Any tips? Thx in advance! PS: and I cant find anywhere how to update the firmware in case there are updates. Garmin just replied that they have no updates, and that is it :(

Helo. My battery is turn on, and my drone is ok..but when I put into drone and prees battery button battery turn on but drone dose not. I have 3 battery, 1 battery do this problem.

@@TECHNOLOGYTIPS101 my fault. I should have explained that I am using Basecamp to create the route. When I go to send it to my Zumo 396 it only gives me the option to send it to the Zumo's internal memory, it doesn't give me the option to send it to the MicroSD card. I was wondering if you had done a video on how to send it to the SD card instead of the internal memory?
@@Danthelittleguy Got it, so here is how it works. You can only transfer routs to the GPS internal memory because that is where the main GPS processor looks for routs. The only items that can be on the SD card are the following. Maps, Multimedia files such as photos and music, and POI ( points of interest files). However, the maps must be inside a folder on the SD Card called Garmin, the photos in a folder called JPEG, and the Points of interest in a folder called POI.
