Twisted Metal 2 Grasshopper Tournament Playthrough HD 

There was all sorts of hidden stuff in the levels of these games... man they need to just remake this 1 for 1 in todays graphics and driving physics on ps5..

Grasshopper is just bad in Twisted Metal 2. It’s much better in twisted metal head on.

in Head-On, her special is more accurate and on-target. But, her health is very limited unless she completes the first mini-game: destroy all the taxi cabs to unlock an extra life. It's also very hard-if not impossible to beat Tower Tooth because he doesn't treat her with respect (like I want him to.)

1:26. This is how you should play grasshopper (Shield + Napalm + Special) instant death. That’s how most people play her. Think of her as a 50/50 character.

TheTWISTEDCREECH96 her special in itself is suicide. Seeing as she has a match of armor stat with Mr. Grimm she’s literally a death trap on levels like big leap and Antarctica. Essentially a roll of the dice with that special. Well to be honest. Her car/character conflicts with my mind because Pit Viper from TM1 has the exact same car just a different color and of course brighter and tighter graphics and handling. I like that it was calypsos daughter and seeing as how she’s a robot sent to destroy her father it only makes sense to have a kamikaze special. Though it could have used more creativity.

Its funny. When grasshopper spec, her speed rise much and many one cant turn shield on..

Yep. Grasshopper's special launches the opponent slightly in the air which makes the remote bomb deal double damage by TM2 rules. That's why Grasshopper has the "weakest" stats. People forget that since TM2 there are hidden stats like Special Weapon recharge rate, Special Weapon max capacity.

Would’ve, but there was the small issue that Darkside was actually intended to be playable, it’s driver would’ve been an old woman named Granny Dark(supposedly, she was the only cut driver, and Darkside was the only cut vehicle that is known), Darkside, alongside its driver were both cut for unknown reasons

You never played TM2?

I own Twisted Metal: Head On: Extra Twisted Edition and Black, and played a tiny bit of Small Brawl, so I haven't experienced any of the other Twisted Metals.

EdwardJW her head on version is definitely more viable But I like this one because of how it chases its target instead of just locks on, also her yee-haw sound effect is just amazing

It's not a low tier car. Sure it requires skill but it can destroy almost everyone with special+shield+remote bomb combo. While in special she is the fastest character in the game.

You wouldn't want Outlaw 2's special to deal more damage because the special makes you go up in the air.

As far as overall effectiveness goes though, it's not worth much. Temporarily making an opponent bounce off the ground doesn't serve much purpose unless you're sending them over the edge/level hazard. Something just easily done with a ricochet bomb.

Grasshopper is a combo car, shield, special and remote bomb or napalm and damage is massive.

I think it still looks great! Better than most changes no the same era

@@LuisParson interesting, so hypothetically you can use it and then fire the machine guns and that's enough? Or it has to be the special tank items or the like fire, power, homers weapons? Or either one?

It's either the weapons from your inventory or Minion's special from the advance attack bar. The best weapon to use is the remote bomb with a shield.

Uhh You can get through the game on medium. You can't get through the game on easy.

@@dagu1801 as far as I remember you could only play on medium until you defeated the second boss, after that it told you that the difficulty must be hard to continue

@@Monstaaa95 no man, that's what happens on easy mode lol You can play the game until minion on easy, then you have to play on medium or hard from that point on

@@dagu1801 could be true, it's a while since I was able to play, but story wasn't the only thing you could do so I never touched it again and only played normal matches

@@Monstaaa95 with how wack and cheap the AI is, and how insanely difficult and unfair Holland is, I completely understand the idea of skipping the story mode

You’re nuts. Twister is a beast on wheels when you know how to use her properly. Her special is mad damaging and recharges quick as hell. Makes it easy to kill 3 opponents at once if you use shield, special, and napalm. Twister and Slam are the only characters I’ve no deathed with on hard.
