The worst thing about the Girlfriend Reviews incident was that she ended up apologizing to the bullies anyways and continued to try to appeal to them.

I've noticed these people call it "that wizard game" instead of Hogwarts Legacy. It reminds me of how in the Harry Potter series no one could say Voldemort. It's funny how it went from He Who Shall Not Be Named to The Game That Shall Not Be Named.

Once again I'll say, biggest hypocrisy about thus harassment campaign is that almost everyone "opposed" to it is actually playing/played it. Guess most of them were so focused on ripping on others they forgot that Game Achievements can be publicly viewed

Regarding all the "congratulations, you have suffered a fraction of what trans people suffer every day all their lives" You know, last time I checked, human beings who are not absolute freaks do not wish the trauma they went through upon others.

Here's my own truth on this whole matter: If YOU harass others & accuse them of being transphobes because they play a video game about wizardry, *please do not lie.* What is the price you'll pay for a blind eye? In the end, this entire campaign is built upon harassment to others & cemented with the countless lies that say such harassment was never done in the first place, *all in the glorious pursuit of clout or being a 'proactive transgender activist' that's fighting for the cause.* The result: everyone who wasn't a staunch transgender or LGBTQ supporter now hates or immediately distrusts this community om sight, despite the campaign trying to raise awareness to garner more support for the transgender community.

It's funny. There was a term that early SJW used to use but it seems to have fallen out of use. "Victim Blaming" That blaming the victim is always wrong. Yet when they're a vtuber? Any sympathy I had for the trans community is gone. Cause even when I tried to find those people in the community who are good, the only trans people who aren’t asshats don’t identify with the community. The only response to any death threats I can think of is "Are you really going to kill someone over a video game? I cannot believe how stupid this entire situation is. I’m still having a hard time believing that people were attacked, threatened and harassed for playing a video game that has no connection at all to its creator aside from IP. I can honestly say that watching this unfold has made me feel like worse person because there is nothing I want more than for these people to all pay.

Pikamee's latest model was debuted on 9/24/2022. I highly doubt VOMS would have spent several thousand dollars on a new Live2D VTuber model if the talent was just going to graduate within a year.

Hogwarts Legacy drama just popularized vTubers for those of us who dismissed or not known of vTubers. This is how I found your channel.

The harassment campaign will be remembered for years to come. People taking the time out of their day to ruin streamers lives. Using the game as an excuse to harass people, not even to fighting for a cause.

My thoughts about Silvervale have vastly changed over the years, and today was no different. She managed to pick herself up again and absolutely shredded the Twitter freaks. Truly based and queen-like.

Watched Pikamees winter Steam sale stream from last year and seeing how excited she was about Hogwarts Legacy after all this just breaks my heart. Even if she was planning to graduate, she really wanted to stream that with her fans, I hope she has at least enjoyed the game in her own time.

J.K. Rowlings remarks weren't "transphobic" to begin with, she simply refused to be labelled as a "person who menstruates", and I agree with her. I know a handful of trans women, and even they find the concept of erasing an entire gender ridiculous.

Even if the graduation of Pikamee was not sped up by the harassment, it was most definitely soured up by it. While she could have had one last period of streaming having fun playing the wizard game as a good-bye period, it got ruined by the Twitter freaks. Shame on them for ruining what could have been a fun period saying goodbye, into something that ended up souring up the last period of fun for her in her Vtuber activities with VOMS

I really don't like being told what to do. If a game is good I will play it and I did. Also, if the trans community is so fragile as to lose their minds over people enjoying a game that celebrates a part of their childhood, that's no good. Have they ever heard of separating the art from the artist? I will say all the outrage only made my purchase sweeter.

The funny thing is that I don't ever remember seeing a promotion for this game. It was just in the news cycle constantly. I bet they probably were also able to save a ton on advertising it.

In the end, Hogwarts Legacy not only DIDN'T oppress or kill anyone like was claimed, but became one of the most successful games of 2023 due to the actions of those that claimed it would. Activists blown the fuck out.

(Though whether her graduation was planned before this remains a mystery but still...) And there was the True Ending: Pipkin Pippa mocking and playing the game out of pure spite towards Twitter.

given the few comments by Pika I'm more inclined to believe she took a break for that month at the least, if not quit, because of the harassment. She mentioned how she didn't do anything with internet or games for the month and just spent time with her mom and grandma. Additionally, she mentioned how her mom is afraid of the internet now. While this may not refer to this past month it would make sense if the mom saw what happened to Pika.

I'm glad Silvervale was strong enough to bounce back from what she went through. She's got a lot of happy and friendly energy and is very adorable. Even her saying "fuck you" to the bullies that harassed her and made fun of her for crying over having her life and family threatened was kind of cute. Bullying is never okay, and it is never, *ever* justifiable. Anyone that thinks otherwise has led a very privileged life and has never been actually bullied, and they need to meet with people that actually were bullied and harassed so they can see how damaging it can actually be. This reminds me of The Tragic Tale of Gypsy Crusader. Where the phrase "villain origin story" fit's Where he was attacked by Antifa(misidentified him) This led to the attackers getting arrested and even though they were let go. They harassed & doxed him. He responded my making a RU-vid channel about violent protests by said group. Which got his family Doxed/harassed and even showed up at his mom's house this made him spiral into an actual hateful person. Kinda like a self fulfilling prophecy, the accusations and hate led him to become what they claimed.

I recommend watching TheAlmightyLoli's video on the issue as well for a more in-depth dive into some of the other aspects of the drama, such as clarifying how royalties work (which was the whole basis of the "don't buy this game" argument) as well as some of the more insane cases of accusations. In fact, the dude even pulls together the evidence showing that Pikamee's harassment WAS the straw that broke the camel's back.

From AlmightyLoli's video, he proved the who "she was going to quite anyways" they were all using as a cope was a huge lie. She was planning to reveal a new model and start Hogwarts which would be a long playthrough. It was a community. Many people with large follows spur'd on and supporting what people did. They take no blame and even cheer for doing it. Remember who they are; never forgive and never forget. The moment Karma comes for them, remind them what they did.
