You probably would not be allowed to connect the two homes together as they have separate urban articles right? but what about putting in a covered courtyard, that would connect the two, would that be an option? Thank you Nick and Vito.

How has the the cost of construction materials been over this year? 🤑 💸 I used to see people spending 10,000€ to 20,000€ to renovate these abandoned ruins. 💰🤑⚒️ Would it be safe to say 🤔 at mid grade materials one should plan on spending 40,000€ to rebuild these types of ruins? 💰🤑 As long as alot of it was diy?👍⚒️💪

We are no longer going to buy a house in Portugal, because Portugal wants to withdraw nhr tax 🙈😪

@@destino2portugal Yes, the government anounced this week that the NHR (Non Habitual Resident) tax discont will be scrapped from 2024. But this is not very significant because many types of income were not included in the NHR status, the discount could only be applied to certain types of income.

Yep, Vitto's looking dapper, I like how his ensemble blends well with his New Balances. I like the layout of the main floor, it seems to suit a 1 or 2 person family with 1 🐈. That room before the upstairs bathroom could be dressing room and linen storage with maybe a nice cupboard to store your stick vacuum, brooms, mop & bucket, and such. I see a human with cat doing yoga in the livingroom learned from Ms. Luisa the yoga teacher up the street, snuggling on comfy seating to watch things on a big screen tv, having lively chats and laughs over finger noms, leading the 🐈 in rompful zoomies 😊. No clue how to carry on with the downstairs spaces other than to finish as guest accommodation or summer living quarters. That little ruin could be cute guest or studio/workshop space. This one has a fair looking bit of land, doesn't it?
