I feel so bad for the first guy. Gaining a shit ton of weight to where people won't even recognize you is so embarrassing, I know exactly what it's like. It's terrifying and humiliating running into people who knew you. I'm so happy for him that he turned it around, he looks phenomenal and so happy!
Lexi K at least he had something to go back to.........got to enjoy being fit throughout most his youth and knew what to expect from a healthy lifestyle etc....all he had to do was recover from the situational depression really.....don't get me wrong, I don't think it was easy for him in the least...depression is a bitch......so I'm not at all belittling his success or suggesting that it came for free......but that being said, as someone who has been both obese, addicted to junk food, and suffering from severe depression my entire life as long as I can remember, I'd rather be in his position than as someone who has always been fat. He just had to go back to what he knew prior....what he was doing for years (I assume, to get at a professional sports level) ....while someone struggling their whole lives who have never lived healthily long term have to start from scratch, have to learn what their body responds to, not to mention recover from years of bullying, people looking down on you, missing out on a real childhood/adolescence, social anxiety etc etc.
Jen Tuesday what a bullshit excuse, you weren’t born obese. You might get bullied and have depression but does that mean you have to stuff your face with junkfood? You say he only has a situational depression? This guy lost his girlfriend, went from athlete to obese. Ended up with 30 pain killers and a bottle of vodka in his stomach on the railing of the 31st floor!!!!!! That’s not situational depression. He lost everything he had and came back way waaaaaaaay stronger. That’s determination, dedication and nothing else than hard work! I feel that you are just in your victim role “oh it’s easy for him he had it before” “uh I got much worse depression and social anxiety so I must stuff my face with junkfood” cut the bullshit man if I were you I would visit a doctor and ask about “water diet” in which you completely reset your body and take all the toxins out and if you keep that water diet for two weeks your life will be changed, or keep sitting in your chair blame the whole world and comfort yourself with food. Your choice.
Jen Tuesday i’d bet with you right now that if you would do a water diet for two weeks (if your doctor allows it I don’t know how obese you are and if In your case there are health risks involved) and get a nice hair cut + go a day shopping for clothes you would be a different human being in just two weeks, after the water diet take a year/ 2 year juicing with a good diet and you would lose all the extra weight without hitting the gym once, our bodies are amazing at repairing themselves if you provide it the right tools.
Why feel bad ? It was a relationship that made him quit Soccer , He didn’t say he lost somebody. That’s his fault he did it to himself nobody else , and he truthfully didn’t have the best excuse in my mind.
Funny he was already shredded he went on a dirty bulk and then he got shredded again. He kinda intentionally got "fat" while the other guy is a "normal" person whi started obese and changed his life with fitness
@@OneCheezyPizza wouldn't say shredded but he didin't purposely become "obese" like eugene did. Eugene just took a bulk a little to far which I've done once in my life to lol. The strength gains on a bulk are so addicting that you fail to see how fat you're actually getting
He was not “ENTIRE FAT” lol wtf ... do U honestly think if he was all fat he would’ve come down in weight shredded like that ? No .. the point is the Asian guy did it INTENTIONALLY. The white guy did NOT
They also came from 2 very different places. One was morbidly obese, the other had been on a longer bad bulk, but had always been training. The white guy can be proud of himself, he had the biggest transformation.
I would prefer Noah. He seems to have a genuine heart and you can tell he’s gone through a lot. Then we have Eugene who seems too cocky and too into himself. Idk why they even had him on the show. No thanks. Noah #1.
The former suicidal guy, I hope they helped his mind too if he still needed it, your outer shell doesn't always reflect what's inside. I hope he's well mentally now. I wish they had talked less about their bodies and more about their lives and feelings.
"Are you single?" Noah - *Silence. Looks uncomfortable. Eugene - "Very single, Very single!" Usually when a guy expresses "single" in that way. He's enjoying being single. If you know what I mean. On a happy note, Good for them. They look gorgeous and healthy. Wish them the best!
Butt Scratcher it's extra hard for everyone. I'm fat and I'm currently exercising so I know how it feels but just keep doing it and it will become a havit
I have the opposite problem. I'm built like a twig and can't gain muscle or fat for he life of me. I eat a ton of junk food and maybe gain one pound. I workout in the gym for months and barely see a difference. But he minute I stop eating a ton of junk food everyday or stop working out for a week I drop like 5 pounds.
Lol that is not even close haha. very achievable physique. You just need to say that to make your self feel better about not being fit. If you have ever went into a gym for a good period of time you know that it would be very easy to get that look...
Great job! I put on 80lbs between 34 and 47.went from 10% body fat to obese. Took me 3 years to get rid of it doing p90x3 and other Beachbody workouts. Not only do I have a six pack, but I’m doing small sets of Dragon Flags... at 50. Dam hard work in the beginning. Trainers never seem to understand that doing lunges when you are 80lbs overweight is like doing lunges holding 80lbs dumbbells.
The blonde guy looked very shy and uncomfortable the whole time. And then Eugene took the lead and was outgoing and vocal etc which pushed blondie further back. Good for both of them though! Those are incredible transformations! Meanwhile....i'm over here struggling to loose my last 10 pounds lol
Hey you can do it. Lose those pounds. Just discipline yourself better like throwing away all them junk foods and heading to the gym or park regularly. Stay safe
yea lot of these guys started out healthy then makes it look like they were out of shape their whole lives which isn't the case. Either way its possible to change your health those guys just werent newbies.
alj dark Exactly. Those guys are misleading the viewerss into thinking that they were couch potatoes their whole life and after losing weight got shredded. In reality, they had a decent amount of muscle built up from years of weight lifting beforehand which they simply lost weight to reveal.
I can't speak for the white guy but I've followed Eugene for a while on RU-vid he was a competitive bodybuilder who spent around 2 years on a bad bulk, then he stopped. I know nothing about the medical stuff it's not like he was always a fat guy.
The white guy also had skin removal surgery / a tummy tuck. That's why he never took his shirt off. In the last picture you can see the scar line across his lower stomach.
I think Noah didn't take his shirt all the way off and act like a fool because he isn't a douche, nothing to do with the scar or he wouldn't have included the pic where the scar is clearly visible
From someone who is 6'3 and is going from 300 to 175 with a decent muscle to fat ratio so I do have muscle tone , ive already reached a 3rd of my weight loss goal and i can tell you already, the woman that say they aren't attracted to you when you're bigger are the same girls you turn down when you slim down.
Why was Eugene so cocky... ew. I prefer Noah. He's humble and really seems to have gone through a lot. He was also super my type for a guy. :) Plus, is Eugene's story even real? -_-
Nick A Eugene was a body builder that went on a bad bulk and decided to let it sit for a bit. He most likely still went to the gym and worked out, however his nutrition was shit.
Edited (can we please stop being insulting): I think the producers should have given each one of the guys their own segment, because it was kinda awkward putting Eugene and Noah together, since Eugene was so excited and Noah´s story was pretty dark and you can really tell, that his perspective has changed.... like that everything Eugene is still looking forward to get probably is without deeper meaning for him... and Noah gets that because he´s been through shit... but Eugene has done amazingly as well, but could celebrate it more, since he probably didn´t have such a dark history (as far as we as a viewer get to see at least)... congrats to both of them though :)
Lysana7 Just gotta say no. I don’t agree with you that he’s being “pretty extremely unpleasant.” Do people have a problem with people doing a bit of showboating? Why the fuck does it matter to you? What both of them did was nothing short of incredible and Eugene chose to celebrate it, which is fucking awesome and not a problem at all whatsoever. Being a bit of a show off really doesn’t hurt anyone. And he dial that back later on when going through some questions.
I just meant that it probably wasn´t the best idea of the producers to put these two together on the show, since both of their stories are so different and it would have been better for each one of them to get their own segment... and I said "congrats to both of them" because it definitely is pretty amazing what they did and what they´ve been through :) P.s.: I never said "pretty extremely unpleasant"... please learn how to use quotes properly (not meant as an insult :) )
maybe I´m asian, too?! Did you ever think about that?! ...stop being insulting please! Not everything has to be about race...stop making this a thing! We are all born equal and human...that is our "race"! HUMAN! :)
I agree. If anyone knows who Eugene is, he's a professional bodybuilder who gains weight on purpose just to be fat, knowing damn well he has everything it takes to lose it all again. Why did they randomly put him on there like that after the first guy.
wow massive respect to these two guys for changing their lives; and putting all that hard work in, let's hope it doesn't change tier personalities for the worse though.
I don't have a preference for specific eye colors and like/love all of them. When I find someone attractive, it's their entire face ( nose, lips, skin, facial symmetry/structure, hair style, etc) and not only their eyes I'm attracted to.

This is inspiring. From when I was 16 to 25 I was in amazing shape and happy, but I went through depression for over two years and was abusing xanax, booze, and going to buffets to suppress my feelings.i lost a high paying job over some nonsense and said fuck it afterwords. Long story short, I can relate.
A wide waist may not be the most aesthetic, since the V taper is really popular now,but it has been proven that it makes up for a stronger core for compound movements such as squats. In fact, the strongest bodybuilder Stan Efferding ,has a noticeable wide waist which could be the reason why he is so strong.
Kristi W - That Eugene nigga is RU-vidr. He was skinny asf in High School, after high school he started lifting and became shredded asf, he competes in competitions and always gains weight on the off seasons.
Eugene was never “fat” He had a RU-vid channel where he did muscle worship videos. He bulked then took pics, but he was always fit and can get quite ripped
I don’t know why but my gaydar (and it’s not really homophobic since I am a gay man) is strong with that Noah guy I can’t quite put my finger on it though
The most important question is how to mantain weight and body build up after you have achieved your desired body type. Sadly nobody asked this question.
You aren't hot until you have a missing stomach and start crying when it isn't remotely hard as a rock and accidentally become obese at a 7 percentage of fat instead of a satan forbid 6 percentage of fat. Eugene is mad, hardly tried, and did what millions do.
@@jrobinsonwebster I don't know about that but people should stop gains are gains you should respect gains. But this is not a race thing ik asain and I can tell you no one is being racist in the comments
@@jrobinsonwebster No one is being racist the Asian guy is a liar. And is a known bodybuilder. He was never fat. He bulked up on purpose just to cut it. Google him if you don't believe me.
Hey I got the same. I was ice hockey player till my 20s. Then I got very toxic relationship. I got cheated on me and then I broke down. I put on weight. I am now about 250 lbs. I tried to lose weight a few times with no success. I feel ashamed, frightened and worthless. Anyway thank you for this story since I am going to try again.
HAHAHA LOL when did I suggest anyone take steroids? When did I even say anyone should even watch this show? All I said is the Asian dude in the video is extremely good looking, don't know how he does it, don't particularly care either. You're a sad individual. Have a nice day :)
While everyone’s judging and busy talking smack. I’m just going to point out something very very truthful of what the first gentleman said about nutrition and diet. If you don’t watch out for what you eat, it will not matter how hard you sweat at the gym.
