This is absolutely absurd. I can't even begin to calculate the odds of this based on how food placement is generated. This is on 0BC so there's 3 or 4 pieces of food in the walls/floors (I think). Food can be hidden in any regular* tile in the biome but can also can be inside the walls within the first two tiles from the position of the floor.
In any given biome, even on 0BC where the level generation is the smallest, there are literal millions of potential tile combinations of where the food can be. The fact that the same type of food showed up in neighboring tiles (that broke with one slam attack!) is a one in some-million chance. Bask in the beautiful randomness.
*What is not a "regular" tile, as far as I know:
- tiles in front of doors
- tiles at top of or at the bottom of ladders
- large Ram Rune tiles that you can break with a slam attack
- tiles under elements (water, lava)
- tiles under spikes
- tiles in shops or in chest/item rooms
