That engine is 2T. my Mototaxi Bajaj has an engine equal to the one in the video it is a very good engine me Mototaxi Bajaj tiene 30 años y funciona muy bien, saludos de Piura Perú
It always amazes me how you remember where everything goes. I took a vespa apart once and had to give the bits away as i couldn't remember where everything went
@@ceb964 It doesn't matter on a two-stroke engine, and as stated in the title he's gonna use the engine in a homemade off road buggy, and it probably making more sense to turn the head around to get better access to the spark plug. :)
@@cutenose38 the easy way to remember is take pictures, put bolts/screws/nuts and parts for specific areas into a ziploc bag and label them clearly etc Don't give up keep wrenching!
@@jrand2631 not really, i know that nearly the same construction is used in the vespa but this engines dont have a differential so the housing is also different. i know for example to, that the vespa engine is based on a bomber starting engine from WW II so is it still a bomberstarting engine?
I had 2 stroke Bajaj compact 2014 model...i can't pick up in uphill road when i stop.,can u please tell me what am i gonna do??i even change clutch plates still not working
Babu, can you please get a set of coveralls or shop apron or SOMETHING other than your nice clothes to wear while you work on motors? At the rate you're going you'll be doing clothing restoration videos soon.
Why grease bearings that's literally are going to swim in oil? And about the torquing, yeah that is the right way to do it, but with a small engine like this it is not that important, and if you are a skilled and experienced mechanic, you can do it in your sleep. :)
