They would watch the cameras to see why they were short. Lucky for me, there were two other guys doing the same thing, so they didn't know which of their 9 workers were taking the money. Interesting, When I worked at Sam's club in Indianapolis, one of the employees was making gift cards for himself that should have went to customers buying cell phones. He got arrested but was out the same day because his brother was a cop .
Walmart needs to pay their workers better salaries, instead people are working for them and living below minimum wage. Their fault when people have to turn to theft on the job to survive.
Ripping off walmart means the problem only gets worse as prices rise and wages lower to cover cost. What needs to happen is a paid living wage and good insurance for workers. Give them the right benefits and guess what they don't need to steal to make ends meet.

I don't agree with people who steal especially from their employer but at the same time as much money as some of these companies make they pay like shyt, most places don't even pay enough for a person to survive on there own meaning paying rent, electric, etc. If you don't have a roommate or partner to split the bills with it's almost impossible to pay for housing and all just off a single income. Making about $15-$16 a hour would be just enough to afford rent and electric is alot of places

im ok with it. in a way they're slave owners. when can afford to pay your employees a decent wage and don't. i rarely shop there anymore. no decent benefits. not enough hours. i try to patron smaller stores. like the ones they put out of biz.

When someone steals the customer (us) pay the price price goes up, Walmart now is giving people $11/hr My friend just started working in amazon he getting $10/hr working in a warehouse Will you guy steal working for amazon, who is paying less than walmart? Most likely not.
