77 busses had Fuel Injection. That single carb setup is aftermarket, hence no mechanical fuel pump.

hopefully wont take much to get the motor to spin over . try putting some atf down in the cylinder bores ?

I really wanted to watch your video, but the camera movement made me nauseous. Had to give up at 3 minutes.
